By uploading content, you grant Resume.hr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable laws regarding your content
  • Not uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials

5. Subscription and Payment

Resume.hr offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Basic resume hosting with limited features
  • Pro Plan: Advanced features including custom domains, analytics, and password protection

For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Pro users may connect custom domains to their resumes. You are responsible for:

  • Owning and maintaining registration of your custom domain
  • Properly configuring DNS settings as instructed
  • Ensuring your domain complies with all applicable laws
  • Any costs associated with domain registration and renewal

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Service will be available at all times
  • All features will function perfectly at all times
  • Your content will be permanently stored without loss

We recommend maintaining backups of your important content.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service:

  • For violations of these Terms and Conditions
  • For extended periods of inactivity
  • For non-payment of subscription fees
  • If required by law or legal process
  • At our sole discretion for any reason

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUME.HR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resume.hr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
